You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day

on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered a product that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

You may use the sample withdrawal form attached for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Apiando Group, LeetDesk, Zaunheimer Straße 18, 56072 Koblenz, Germany without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel as well as the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The cost of goods that cannot be sent by parcel is estimated at a maximum of 100 EUR.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value results from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice of or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
for the supply of goods which may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, according to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods, we will refund the full purchase price. To claim the money-back guarantee, please contact us within this period and return the goods to us. Unless otherwise agreed, you shall bear the return shipping costs. This guarantee does not limit your legal rights, in particular your right of withdrawal.
