Recently, ODYN GmbH joined forces with Uplift Desk, a leading American office furniture company, to strengthen its gaming portfolio and expand its operations to Europe in 2025. We're seeking creative minds to lead our growth and help shape the future of our brands.

Your Responsibilities

  • Social Media Leadership: Oversee and manage our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn) while developing tailored platform-specific strategies to maximize engagement and grow our audience.
  • Content Development and Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging brand narratives that communicate our mission and benefits, creating structured content plans (e.g., for Black Friday campaigns, new product launches, and event coverage like Gamescom) that resonate with different audiences.
  • Trend Analysis and International Coordination: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, collaborating with freelancers and agencies for local strategy adaptation as we expand into other countries, while monitoring metrics to optimize performance.

Your Profile

  • You have 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
  • You're brimming with ideas and know how to execute them to captivate audiences.
  • You can create structured content plans and long-term strategies that align with business goals.
  • You have a passion for the gaming industry or are highly interested in immersing yourself in it. You're also keen to stay updated on productivity, home, and office furnishing trends.
  • You stay on top of the latest social media trends and know how to leverage them effectively.
  • You have strong writing skills and can adapt your tone to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • You're adept at coordinating with various teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international markets and understanding localization is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
