Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Performance Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, continuously analyzing KPIs like conversion rate and ROAS to refine tactics and maximize ROI.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy Leadership: Spearhead performance marketing across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, and Amazon, while innovating strategies to drive growth in both German and English-speaking markets.
  • International Campaign Management: Oversee multi-country campaigns by tailoring approaches and messaging for local audiences, ensuring hands-on management of accounts and collaboration with external partners in key European markets.
  • Creative Content Development: Work closely with the creative team and external agencies to produce compelling content that enhances campaign effectiveness and maintains brand alignment across all channels.

Your Profile

  • You have 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
  • You're not just about execution; you can see the bigger picture and develop strategies that propel the company forward.
  • You're data-driven and also have a flair for creativity, crafting engaging campaigns that stand out.
  • You excel at coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • You're adept at navigating various advertising platforms, and at adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • You have experience managing campaigns across different countries, with an understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
