Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Leadership: Oversee all customer service operations to ensure exceptional service, while managing and developing the team by providing guidance and support to representatives.
  • Hands On Customer Service: Handle and reply to daily requests from our customers via Email, Social Media and Phone
  • Automation for Enhanced Customer Experience: Implement automated processes and efficiency improvements using cutting-edge customer service tools, allowing the team to focus on high-value interactions and personalized customer experiences.
  • Holistic Operations Maestro: Create policies for customer interactions applicable to both LeetDesk and Uplift Desk, manage procurement and logistics (including inventory levels and supplier orders), and align customer service strategies with overall business goals while implementing best practices based on industry trends.

Your Profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
  • You're skilled at leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver top-tier performance.
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and are customer-centric in your approach.
  • You can create structured processes and guidelines, optimizing operations with the help of tools and technology to streamline customer service.
  • You're a multitasker who can handle customer interactions while also managing procurement and logistics coordination.
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You're a proactive problem solver, quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • You're comfortable working with customer service software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools to drive efficiency.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where attention to detail matters.
  • You're adaptable and eager to embrace the evolving needs of a growing company.
